Returns

Not right for you? That's fine — we'd rather you have the right kit than keep something that isn't working. Returns are straightforward.

The basics

• You have 30 days from delivery to return an item
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible
• We can't accept returns on items that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear

How to return

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a return address and any relevant instructions within 1 working day.

You'll need to package the item securely and arrange return postage. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you've received a faulty product or the wrong item, we'll sort it at our cost. Contact us with your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
