Shipping
How we ship
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse partners within 1–2 working days of placing your order. We don't ship at weekends, so orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be picked up on Monday.
UK delivery
We ship to all UK addresses. Delivery typically takes 10–18 working days from dispatch. We know that's not next-day, and we're upfront about it. We work with carefully selected fulfilment partners to keep prices down and quality consistent — the trade-off is a slightly longer lead time than Amazon Prime. Everything we sell is worth the wait.

- Orders under £50: a small delivery charge applies at checkout
- You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched
Order processing
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away. Dispatch confirmation with tracking follows within 1–2 working days. If you haven't received a dispatch email after 3 working days, get in touch and we'll look into it.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email at dispatch. You can use this to follow your parcel through the carrier's system. If the tracking hasn't updated in over 5 working days, contact us and we'll chase it down.
Missing parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
International shipping
We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping is something we're working on and will announce when it's ready.
